Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for You
may return most new, unopened items, in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our online return portal below to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numder before returning your items. This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier’s shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging. If you cannot find your RMA, one may be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.
Retail items including: So Clean 2, Lumin Cpap Max Pillow 2.0, Batteries, and Respironicis DreamStation Go are non returnable and non refundable, no exceptions. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
Opened or used
Missing their serial number or UPC
Special orders (returned at our discretion)
Returned more then 30 days after delivery
Returned without notification
